0 communication since they told me my ordered item was out of stock in September, have been chasing for a refund since and have last seen they’ve ceased trading! Still waiting for a refund - annoyed is an understatement

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a 3 seater sofa and snuggle chair in February. Received 3 seater sofa straight away, snuggle chair was made to order. Fast forward to the end of July we have spent 2 months trying to chase up our order of the snuggle chair with no avail to go into store as no one ever gets back in touch when they say they will to be told we can no longer have the snuggle chair as the manufacturer won't make it now however we have waited 22 weeks for this and would not have purchased the 3 seater sofa had we known. We now have an incomplete suite and are stuck with a 3

I just want say how gorgeous the Lola corner sofa is, we’ve had it a couple of weeks now and it’s like sitting on a cloud, it’s so soft and the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever had and well worth every penny ..love it ❤️

Great furniture at great prices. Fully recommend coming here. All the staff are great, the owner Clair is always so helpful. You can find them online too.

Just had my sofa delivered. Perfect condition and the guys even helped me unwrap it and put it together ! I also put my pink knitted throw and cushions on that I copied from the website and my dogs have claimed their own corner haha! Thanks so much can't wait to sleep on it for days! 😍

Such an amazing place and a lifesaver for first time buyers! Having recently moved out of rented accommodation, buying good quality and stylish sofas on a budget was really important! And this shop really did deliver! We love our new sofas! Really helpful and friendly staff, we even got our sofas delivered to us within in the hour - the delivery van beat us home! Just a short drive from Leeds. Fantastic service from the staff. The sofas themselves are very high quality and very nice too. Would highly recommend visiting Lola Rose if you're looking for some goegeous furniture and save a lot money. Much better than retail stores for sure.
