My experience at Ice Interiors exceeded all expectations, their experience and advice was invaluable. I needed to buy all new furniture for my first home and really didn't know where to start. The staff were patient and understanding making the whole process stress free and enjoyable. From design concept through to ordering and delivery the customer service was exceptional. We have had a 5* experience with Ice Interiors so far. We visited the show room at Redbrick Mill in May and Georgina was so helpful in helping us choose and order our sofa for our new home. She assisted us on the appropriate size and colour of the Large Chaise from the BRAVO range. Unfortunately, we've had some trouble with our new build house and discovered recently that our plot is on the opposite side and we will need to change our right hand facing sofa to a left hand facing. Our original sofa has already been made so this was devastating for us! Although this was no fault of Ice Interiors

I don’t normally leave reviews however with the fantastic service I received today whilst visiting Redbrick was worth leaving a review. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Jessica who was so attentive and kind. She took me for a tour round the floor and listened to what I was looking for. I will be visiting again to make my final purchases and look forward to seeing the lovey Jessica again. Thank you I’ve had a great day!!

Absolutely love our new Snuggle Sofa we bought for our little office/ media room.
The guys were so helpful in lockdown. They sent pictures of different types of sofas and colour. swatches. This is the 3rd sofa I’ve bought from them and it definitely won’t be the last. Thank you for being so helpful in very trying times 😍

Really pleased with sofa from Ice. It took a few months to arrive, but we knew this when we ordered it and was a slight delay by a couple of weeks due to COVID which we thought was entirely reasonable!
Delivery company was also great as well and they set it all up and took all the packaging away.
Very impressed with them. Thanks again.
Ps: I wouldn’t be concerned by people’s negative reviews, communication was great snd they’ve clearly responded to the negative reviews which is very reassuring!! They’re a small local firm so unlike the big stores I suspect has more impact but I’ve

I'm not one for writing reviews but this company has sent me over the edge. Its a shame that I have to give 1 star so I can write this review. It should be 0. The service has been nothing but shocking. I ordered a sofa and chair. They not only ordered the incorrect colour head rests to match the sofa, but the chair arrived in completely the wrong colour. I was promised this would be rectified in a couple of months. The sofa and chair arrived at my house 8 months ago, yes 8 months and I still haven't received the correct colour chair i was promised. I fully understand times have been hard with covid

It's a really chilled atmosphere where you can relax and really get a feel for what your purchasing.
We had a specific requirement and they helped us select the right sofa for our space.
We are really happy with how the sofa fits and compliments the room, it looks amazing!!
We went back to the store to get cushions that look great on the sofa.
After owning a sofa from them for over 10 years we have no doubt this one will be just as great.
