The shop staff are so rude in the way that they treat the customers.
It doesn't take much to say thank you and be more helpful, even have a nice day.
Being pleasant well make customers return.
I won't be returning unless I really need to, on a positive side the guys in the yard are great.

If you want to be spoken to like dog dirt and charged over the odds then this is the place to go! Put me off using builders merchants for 2 years after coming here. Now I use Howarths, much better!

Brilliant service. ordered feather edge boards on Thursday afternoon. paid over phone. given 1.30 Friday collection time (coronaV). turned up on time... let into yard. man on gate knew my order. just pulled into car park. loaded up car and was outa there... great job TG

If you want a new bathroom or kitchen T&G can't be beaten. In last year we,ve had both, designed by Chris Prater- fantastic designs, brilliant customer service from Chris both before and after fitting. Beautiful cabinetry, particularly the kitchen, with appliances of choice. Can't praise them enough. Prepared to supply photos if necessary. Big thanks to T,&G, particularly Chris Prater-.

Local depot of the TG group. It has grown over the years and is a modern builders merchants. Large yard and warehouses and large shop. They accept cash, debit/credit cards or account be that a cash account or a credit account. Delivery available as well as collection. You can not pay over the phone here. The staff are helpful here. Open to the trade and general public.
