I have been building a extension at home getting my material from Emery and when i p-hone up the office staff are all ways polite and helpful and i am told delivery date the wagon drivers all ways very helpful and put the delivery where i want it they are also polite and some times i have collected material from the the yard i get out of my car and one or more of the yard staff what can i get you and the next minute i am loaded never been any where before and had loaded so fast no looking for some one they are their all very polite and friendly All the Staff are a credit to the company and i hope

Had a great experience at Emery's up until about a month ago. One of the lads driving the forklift was rather rude and disrespectful when loading done gravel in my van, when I was giving him instructions just to prevent any damage to my van. I don't mind if someone doesn't want directions but I did not appreciate the attitude and rude manner with which he said it. I've since stopped buying from emery and gone to tippers !

Over the last 3months ordering from here, the sales staff been selling me stuff they dont have in stock the day before my delivery or my delivery day i get a call to say they dont have the items i purchased? as a supplier its not good enough..if you dont have the stock dont sell it or atleast let the customer know in advance when the stock is coming in..i do landscaping and so far i lost over a weeks worth of work waiting for goods that aint coming and making my 1 day job into 3 days..been told several times ill be on an early delivery and my goods show up around 3-4pm i lose my day waiting around
