Each product listed on our website will display the standard delivery option under the 'delivery info' tab. Please contact us if you have any queries about any of our delivery options and which is most suitable for your product(s) and location. There will be a small charge for these deliveries, the maximum weight for this vehicle is 2 tonnes.
Please note that we reserve the right to, on occasion, decline to dispatch goods to a third party address where payment is being made over the phone and may alternatively request a BACS payment to be made. Deliveries dispatched by courier will be made weekdays between 8am and 5pm. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Can’t recommend highly enough! I emailed to ask if I could buy a small amount of wood for my Chimnea. Pete replied straight away and asked me to pop in. When I arrived the staff on reception were really friendly as were all of the staff I spoke to. Pete drove round in a forklift picking up oak and kindling, filled my boot up himself and refused to take any money as he said it’s wood they didn’t need. What an honest and friendly service! Thanks guys!

Fantastic service with a smile - dealt with Sam on their ebay service and then visited and met him there - top man! Found bricks as close a match as I could possibly find anywhere to bricks i already had - so a half job in the garden can finally be finished! Some great products on offer - will definitely check them out again for future products - have my eye on some pots and chimneys! Check out their website!
