Southend flooring have done a cracking job with my flooring. Tricky, fiddly job installing wood flooring right through from entrance hall through kitchen and into lounge. Also used them for carpeting 2 stairs and a bedroom and vinyl floor in 2 bathrooms. I'm pretty picky but nothing was too much trouble to ask. Really easy to deal with start to finish and helped with ideas for the finish.

Excellent service throughout.
Advised us on the right product for our requirements of flooring a large commercial gym.
Quoted a great price, turned up when they said they would and left a superbly finished job.
Have rebooked them to come and take care of a couple of tricky staircases.

Excellent service at a very short notice, James was very professional, polite and had great communication. His carpets are of a very good quality and at great prices. James worked very quickly and efficiently without leaving any mess and I was very happy with the level of his service. Highly recommended! I have since had a couple of mishaps with my dogs on the landing and James agreed to replace the section of the carpet rather than me having have to clean it which would be very hard due to the nature of the soiling. Very happy with this. Thank you James!

James and his expert team fitted carpet, laminate, engineered wood and ceramic tiles. With the exception of the tiles, they supplied all the materials and accessories needed for over 450 meters.
James and I discussed my expectations so that he was able to bring suitable samples at the first visit. Following the initial quotation, the family met with James again to fine tune materials and agree a quotation. Individual specialists were sent for each material and timings were adjusted to accommodate our needs.
We had a bit of a disaster with a leakage due to our plumber that ruined a new lounge

Got hold of James at late notice to do a vinyl wetroom floor a week before Xmas. He moved heaven and earth to make it happen. They took samples to the customers house.. even sourced the beads I needed and dropped them off in advance. Great price.... great finish and will definitely recommend them for any future projects. Thanks guys.
