Just recently we have taken delivery of our hot tub from Somerset Hot Tubs. Gary and Tracy have provided an outstanding friendly service through every stage of our purchase, delivery and installation. Since then they have continued to support us with advice on balancing the water quality in our hot tub. We can not recommend them highly enough! A fantastic company.

Just had our Vita Joli spa delivered by Gary and Nathan, they worked very hard during the installation, professional and very tidy! we are delighted that we chose Somerset hot tubs and would recommend them to any one. The only regrets we do have is leaving it so long before we actually took the plunge and purchased one.

Received my hot tub yesterday. Couldn't be any more please with it if I wanted to. I shan't be staying indoors much now I shell be in the hot tub at all times. From start to finish our experience with Gary and his team was brilliant. Honest and up front with every aspect of deposit right through to delivery and what I needed to have in place.
We originally visited for a repair to our old small hot tub and ended up walking out after a great time with Gary with a superb spa. Excited with our purchase and the delivery date looming we returned from our holiday to Gary's wife containing us to say it was arriving earlier than expected. Everything was in place for the team and installation went as planned and on time. Professional and curtious from day one
