We were looking for a fireplace for our new home after a year of researching and shopping we stumbled on Evans fireplace. We took a drive over and found different combinations to look at and after talking to the staff picked a combination we liked. We selected a time for the chimney to be checked and sorted an install date. The install went smoothly two guys turned up covered the room with dust covers and got to work, it took 6 hours to install and we are both happy with the process start to finish. It looks beautiful in our lounge. Staff were informative, friendly and helpful with all our questions

Absolutely love our trendy Scandinavian multi-fuel burner from Evans! We had a home visit from Bill prior to making our choice and his advice on type of burner needed was spot on. The installation was prompt, quick and completed with minimal fuss. The aftersales service has been great. Highly recommended.

Really happy with my new fire. I highly recommend Evans fireplace centre. Very warm and fits perfectly for the size of my room, I haven't got central heating and electric heaters are expensive to run, this heats the whole house and saves on the bills. Fantastic service, and very knowledgeable friendly staff. I was guided all the way through the… process from what the correct output I require for the size of the room to which logs to use. This is my first log fire and feel very confident in using and maintaining it from all the information provided. Great that it's a local shop you can pop

Evans fireplace is very recommendable. You’ll get a great service from the owner Bill and the team when they install the burner. It took me around 2 weeks to get my burner installed while other retailers told me 4 to 5 weeks. Bill the owner will not only give you a great customer experience but he’s a honest chap. How often do you get a shop… owner say “if I knew you were coming I would have got you a hot drink”. It’s the thought that counts. I was still worried about the installation. Bill is really knowledgeable and comes up with great ideas he knows what will look right and isn’t afraid to say Just have the kettle on when he pops around and be prepared to chat The fitters are fab polite clean and tidy and again very knowledgable We have had two very different styles of fires fitted so happy with both

Well it's about a year ago that our fireplace was installed and the customer service from Bill and his team was top class. Just wanted to say that the fireplace is looking just as beautiful as it did then and would show you, but can't figure out how to upload a photo to the site!
