Excellent service from this place. Bought a fire about a year ago and recently had a problem with it. Since it was for my 93 year old mother who has it on most of the time, I asked for an urgent service. Even though the engineers were very busy someone came out first thing the following morning and fixed the problem and according to my mother he was an extremely nice gentlemen. Well done and thanks.

From the first meeting to the finished stove Charnwood were brilliant.
They suggested a number of things all of which we are over the moon with.
Pricing duly explained- and even gave us time to decide on the mantle suggesting we live with the stove for a while before deciding.
