Had a new electric fire just before Christmas, was recommend shop by a friend, what an amazing job, fitters were brilliant, shop offered great advice and service, fitted around my working hours, thanks all..

This is the second time we have asked Jim to help us source a new woodburner and get it fitted. It wasn't the easiest of jobs with an awkward chimney to get to and delays with deliveries. But Jim went out of his way to ensure we got the stove we wanted, the scaffolder was on time, and that everything went to plan. Jim and the stove fitters were booked in a month later and arrived on the dot at 8:15 on the scheduled day. We now have a great wood burner and the finish is excellent. A really top quality job. And really brilliant value for money.

I had a log burner installed in december 2020. Cannot thank Jim and the team enough for everything, including getting installation completed in time for Christmas. From start to finish they were polite, courteous and tidy. They did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier with the end result. Also a great price. Would highly recommend

We were looking for a replacement wood burner stove, we had tried other shops, but we should have come straight to here, they were very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly, the stove was fitted the on the day arranged, the fitting was very clean, tidy and efficient, I would certainly recommend these people

Jim and his team fitted a multi fuel stove in my 300 year old cottage , replacing an open fire put in by the previous owners. As with old properties nothing every goes to plan but Jim was able to meet all the challenges this old building could throw at him. The end result was fantastic bringing back some of the original character of the old building . Nothing was too much trouble , even to the extent of going up on the chimney in a blizzard.

We bought a Portway wood burning stove from Fireplace Supplies. The shop is great with plenty of stoves to have a good look at. Jim was hugely knowledgeable about how our stove should be fitted and gave advice about the sorts of finishes we could have. He popped around to take the measurements and reconfirm our quote. We opted for the Portway Traditional 1, with a brick chamber, dark beam and light tile hearth. The process from initially walking into the shop to having it fitted went super smoothly. It took one day to fit from 8am to 3:30pm and the two guys who completed the work were amazing.The

Very vague on first visit to our house. Couldn't tell us when a fitter could and come and look at the job. Made several calls to them only to be let down by the fitter. After more calls the fitter finally came and looked at the job, he then went back to the shop, who then called us, for us only to be told they couldn't do the job. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them. Please don't waste your time.

Purchased a gas fire and surround which is excellent value for money by comparison to other retailers. I got first rate invaluable advice from Jim at the shop about what I would need and Jim arranged everything around my working hours for a pre visit to check my order was correct for my needs and fitting. The service from the fitters was nothing short of excellent. Would definitely use them again should the need arise and would highly recommend them. Well worth a visit

No customer service, didnt arrive for appointment. Arranged weeks ago for the company to come out and give us advice and costing concerning a full installation of log burner and fireplace. Arranged for 1 pm rang shop 1.10 to check if still coming .Yes, on his way. 1.30 rang again to cancel. No phone call to say he was running late. Used in our previous property, but wont use again.

Great service. We were greeted by Roger who had extensive product knowledge and was very helpful. The range of products in the showroom was good. Roger did not put any pressure on us to buy and gave us enough time to think it through before finalising a sale. Roger and Jim delivered the fireplace the day before installation themselves which deserves a big high five as the fireplace was extremely heavy and cumbersome. This was a project that we wanted to get right and having had a cheap flimsy fireplace installed in the past we wanted something nice to last for the duration so were willing to pay
