18 Grosvenor Square is situated on the third floor with south-facing views overlooking the Square. It is a lateral apartment with four bedroom suites, media room, family kitchen and an open reception and dining room. The Whiteley is a complete re-imagining of a historic address of epic scale and proportion.

A budget along with an outline design and construction programme is then agreed upon.
