A working space is created to put all my equipment into. My special floor runner goes down first, to protect your carpet and then a hearth sheet, made of the same material, for me to work off. Next, I erect a specially made soot sheet and it's put in position in a variety of ways; tape, props or magnets.

Sadly we've moved house and no longer have a wood burning stove and not longer need Dusty's services, but we can't recommend him enough, we've used him for many years and will call him again of ever our circumstances change. He is friendly helpful and very professional. Very clean and tidy too, and it was so good to know everything was clean and safe.

I could tell when Dusty came into our house that he was going to be very professional as proved to be. He was up-to-date with the latest equipment, very thorough, clean and knowledgeable about current HETAS standards. His covid approach was excellent as was his billing and communication skills. Plus he's a nice guy, and I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody.

We have used Dusty Sweeps chimney service for many years. Firstly with an open fire and in more recent years with a log burner. We have always found him reliable, clean and in the last couple of years careful adherence to the government and clinical COVID protocols.

Dusty is always on time and does a high quality professional clean. He goes to great lengths to insure there is no mess. On the last visit he replaced and repainted some crumbling fire putty between the stove and flu, all as part of the service. He has well thought out covid procedures to keep himself and clients safe.
