A side return extension stretches your home into the alley or side space between you and your neighbour or fence at the side of your house. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Clapham Construction did on my loft conversion and rear extension.
The work was completed so quickly to a very high standard. Paul and Dangis were great with communication throughout and helped resolved any potential issues with building control and surrounding the party wall award.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend their services!

Our experience with this company was excellent from the initial consultation, through the building work on the rear dormer, to the final touches inside. The major structural work happened gratifyingly quickly (considering it was February), while the later internal work took a little longer. However it all worked out well and Paul and Dangis provided us with support throughout. Overall a really good experience for us, and really happy we went ahead with these guys.

Paul and Dangis are everything you want from your builders from the very get go. Approachable, honest, flexible, professional and most importantly, experts at what they do. We replaced our 1 room loft extension with a full hip to gable conversion and now have 3 wonderful rooms with so much more space. They listened to our needs, advised what they thought was best, and were always willing to tweak where required. We are exceptionally happy with the end result, and would welcome Paul and his team back any time for any future building works.

Clapham Construction did a loft conversion for us and we’re really pleased with the end result. The process began with a really detailed chat with Paul about what we wanted and what was realistic for the space. The quote offered good value and having talked to neighbours who’d used the company we were happy to go with them.
The staff were quick and efficient and Paul and Dan kept in touch and visited frequently throughout to keep on top of the job and keep us in the loop.
Payments were split by stage, which is great as you can control your budget and know what’s been delivered and when

I'll confess I am a bit picky when it comes to renovation work, dad was a builder. I ended up getting 10 or so quotes for the works, it we were a little caution from the passed. Dan and Paul came and spent the longest time with us just discussing our needs and planned use... we really appreciated this as no one else asked. There advise was then based completely on that, talking us out of some additional works that they felt wasn't needed... which we really appreciated.
There quote was mid-range compared to others, but unlike most was fully inclusive and jargon free.

After much consideration and around 4 quotes, we decided to appoint Clapham Construction Service to do our loft conversion after meeting them last. We were extremely happy their knowledge and it was great to meet the director who actually managed the project for us. We were delighted with the outcome and finish. In fact, after seeing our completed loft, we have started a planning application for our extension along with our neighbours.

Excellent service from start to finish from CC service. Perfect quality we couldn’t be happier. Our manager was great keeping us up to date every single week and did great job finishing a great new room in a loft at such short time.
Our final cost was as close as possible to the Estimate.
We did have to alter few changes but they were helpful with all the changes we needed to implement and always made aware of any cost difference before we went ahead and made the changes.
I would definitely recommend CC Service to all my friends.
