Easylawn Turf Supplies is a family-run company with a farming background that goes back over 100 years. It was first established in 1980 and now employs three generations of the Arden family. We originally specialised in advising commercial clients on grass seed selection and root zone, but as the domestic garden market grew - pushed along on an ever increasing tide of TV shows, so did the demand for ever higher standards of lawn turf.

We then secured a contract with British Field Products to supply Qlawn exclusively to the whole of Northern England.

Artificial turf has come along way in recent years. We can now provide our customers with a polyethylene, man-made lawn turf that is quite indistinguishable from the real thing. Very low maintenance (only occasional sweeping and hosing down is required), child and pet friendly, ie no more muddy feet or paws during the increasingly wet weather and what's more it looks great all throughout the year.
Most turf growers produce a general landscaping turf suitable for most, if not all, domestic applications. However, Easylawn can source and supply turf grown to any seed mix required. Whether it be a rear garden subjected to wear and tear, children etc., a front lawn, close mown and pampered, or sports fields such as a football pitch, rugby pitch, hockey pitch, golf courses, greens, tees and fairways, we can suggest the turf for your needs.
If you plan to turf your garden yourself, and you are unsure of how much lawn turf you require, here are some simple formulas for working out the required amount. Example: Square's or rectangle's base is 10 metres, and the square's or rectangle's height is 10 metres. Whilst standing in the area due to be turfed, mark out the corners of your rectangles on the ground, and the radius of any circles.

They have the most awful people labouring for them. They blocked off our street to deliver aggregates and no one could get in or out (the only entrance/exit) cars were waiting to get in and out. After 15 mins I asked one of the men how long and he said "a couple of minutes, only 2 more lots to unload, 5 mins at the most". 10 mins and 4 lots later I went back and asked if he could count. Very rude man, I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if thats how they deal with the public.

Anita who takeecar of all things Easylawn is a superstar, organised, efficient and always so cheerful, the turf here is superior quality and put straight into your car buy one of the guys with their forklift trucks. You will never get turf of this quality anywhere else for what they charge. They also deliver and will lay your lawn should you wish. An excellent all round landscaping company. I rang to order some paving stones, I specifically told them the sizes (which are over sized tiles) I reiterated that these were large paving stones. I waited on hold while it was confirmed how many would fit on a crate. I was quoted an amount for delivering and asked how many paving stones that crate would allow. I ordered the full crate. I was… then sent an invoice which I paid immediately... they than rang me an hour or so later saying they have spoken to the courier & unless I paid £50 (+vat) more they would need to cancel my order as they messed up & quoted incorrectly

Absolutely AWFUL service! I would NOT recommend this Company. On delivering our items the driver made a hole in the tarmac outside my home. It was stated that they would come back and fix the issue, instead the company are blaming the driver and will not come and solve the issue.
Passing the book! I won’t be buying again from this company. There are much more reliable company’s out there who actually have great costumer service. This Company is awful!

Placed my order, was told there may be a delay on the supply, due to the hot weather and the turf being dry and not up to standard. A week later the turf arrived after 12 and laid the same day watered well with a sprinkler that afternoon. Fantastic quality, didn’t shrink or brown. Definitely use this company again. The ladies I spoke to on the phone and took my order( my internet was down) extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for a top quality product for such a great price.
