I used Spick and span as end end of tenancy clean to my outside windows as my original window cleaner booking from another company cancelled. I was straight away contacted after leaving a message, given a quote and the next day Mark and his team were on their way to clean my windows with less than a days notice. I can not fault their highly professional, responsive and flexible service. It was also really easy to arrange a payment plan (50% before job , 50% percent after job) as I am no longer living at the property and didn’t want to travel during this time.

Unfortunately they failed to turn up. On contacting them the next day, (they didn’t contact me), I was told they forgot to let me know they couldn’t make it because they ran out of water on the previous job. This booking was made weeks in advance so it was completed before a garden party. I’m not impressed.

Mark arrived 5 mins early, I left him alone in my house whilst I went back to work. He locked up and alarmed on departure. Some of the skylight windows in the top of the house are very difficult to reach but he managed to do an incredible job. What a difference it makes having clean windows!
