Our story begins 'down under'. Husband and wife team working in Sydney, NSW, Australia. John an experienced carpenter working for a well-known global kitchen and worktop company and Rebecca as an Area Nurse Unit Manager. It is in Australia where we gained valued experience in both the kitchen and management world and made solid foundations to begin our voyage into the business world.

Earthstone uses state of the art machinery to produce a beautiful yet, enduring 6mm engineered stone worksurface. It is made with over 90% natural quartz combined with a high-performance acrylic polymer offering a more uniform and contemporary stone worksurface.

A fantastic experience from start to finish, Rebecca and John spent a considerable amount of time maximising our kitchen space through drawings, designs and discussion with ourselves. They really understood what we wanted and accommodated all our storage requirements (as a family of 5!) whilst keeping the design clean and neat. Really clever elements such as a bespoke broom/ironing board cupboard have really tidied up a previously cluttered space and brought some much needed harmony to our home.
They worked within our budget and any time we had concerns worked tirelessly to meet our needs.

Fantastic personal service from begging to end with a superb quality of finish. John was extremely considerate through the design phase, taking the time to really listen to our needs and finding elegant and… practical solutions to fit our ideals. He was extremely patient and full of guidance where material choices/colours were concerned. The workmanship, and made to measure fit is brilliant. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result!

What a fabulous result! The kitchen turned out even better than I was hoping for. John was very accommodating with our changes of mind, colour and design. He helpfully suggested alternatives when the plan… couldn't be exact (mains water pipe through the floor) Overall, it looks brilliant. Achieved with minimum fuss or mess. I would thoroughly recommend Kitchen Kind. Worth the price and not as expensive as you would imagine. Totally happy from start to finish.

We had a lovely kitchen but had always wanted and had the room in our new house for an island, John and Becca were able to help us make that dream come true. John’s work is impeccable, he is quick but through and very tidy. John also replaced the bathroom taps etc plus shower screen. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Kind for replacing or updating your kitchen.

Kitchen Kind transformed our kitchen and downstairs. John was able to cover our existing kitchen worktops with quartz work surface. The transformation and colours we chose were remarkable. In addition , we were able to retain our existing cupboards and simple replace our door fronts and decorative panels. Apart from measurement and templating - this was all achieved in just 2 days.

We have used John and his team before in our previous bungalow to completely overhaul our old kitchen completely with not just Worktops but also a full set of doors. We were so impressed with the job he did we immediately got in touch when we moved to our brand new bungalow. Yes a brand new bungalow complete with a fully fitted new kitchen. We loved our old kitchen so much we didn't hesitate getting in touch with John and his team to change our crummy one and a half bowl stainless kitchen sink, gas hob, and bog standard worktops that the builders fitted to the fantastic worktops fitted by Kitchenkind

In the shower room the tiles have been covered with clean , bright attractive granite, also the floor, and he has done a similar job in covering the kitchen worktops.
