My first experience with Rushcliffe Windows was about 7 years ago when I had a sofa delivered and it wouldn't go into the lounge. I phoned round a few places and Kerry/Ben turned up that evening off the back of a local job removed one of the glass panels and helped me lift the sofa into the longe.
Needless to say when it came to replacing the windows after shivering through a cold winter, Rushcliffe Windows was the first and only call I made. Kerry came out within a couple of days measured up and quoted a price I was very happy with. Lead time was communicated clearly and a confirmation a week

I have this week had all my windows replaced. It was something we had been thinking about for a while and now I wish I had done it sooner. I took out 3 quotes (one company was too busy to come and quote!) but Kerry was straight round to quote and there was no hard sales pitch. He was really helpful in guiding us into the best options and left us feeling it had gone really smoothly. This week his fitters were fantastic - the professionalism shown by Kerry continued with his fitters who made sure the disruption was minimal. They were friendly and even tolerated the 1001 questions from my daughter

I can't recommend Rushcliffe Windows highly enough. I had an old badly fitted door with a half glazed side panel replaced with a very smart door and fully glazed side panel. The transformation is amazing, we are so pleased with it. The workmanship is excellent, there was a considerable amount of remedial work to be done as well as fitting. Communication with Kerry from start to finish was excellent, he was punctual, professional, polite and helpful throughout, and the cost was very reasonable! Overall an excellent job, thank you.

I would not use this company again. The day they was coming out to get the measurements I waited in and then was let down and had to rearrange! My door was broke and he managed to open it but couldn’t close it again was left slightly open and said he didn’t touch the door wasn’t his problem, it was so cold due to weather we had. On day of fitting he said he be here for 9 didn’t contact till half 9 say they was running late said be there within hour no sign so called back and he was swearing and shouting down the phone not helpful at all!, was hard as we was trying work round our babies
