I have been a carpenter since leaving school. I served a full apprenticeship for a large building company where I was awarded the City and Guilds Advanced Craft certificate. Further study and hard work led to me achieving the prestigious City and Guilds Licentiateship in Wood Occupations. I am also a long-standing member of the Institute of Carpenters where I was awarded my Master Carpenter certificate.
Jez holds a City and Guilds certificate in Advanced Crafts and is a meticulous carpenter. I've been working closely with Jez for many years and have never worked with anyone quite so gifted in his profession. He has an eye for detail and an artistic flair which is second to none. I have known Malcolm all my working life.

After this, we can take you through the entire loft conversion process, consulting with architects, Local Authority building officers and specialist tradespeople, obtaining all necessary materials, constructing your ideal loft and ensuring that your premises are left clean and tidy every single day of the project.

Steve and all his team from All loft conversions did an amazing job for us, knocking through our kitchen /utility space, and creating a large living dining space involving steels and new bifold doors, and also… creating a dormer from the storage room attached to the master bedroom; they worked consistently and solidly every week day for 8 weeks and were a pleasure to have around , always respecting our privacy and leaving the house very tidy, considering it was a building site; also helping with decisions and problem solving effortlessly . I would not hesitate in recommending them as a team

We feel very lucky that we chose Steve and his fantastic team to build our loft conversion. We were already impressed at our initial meeting by the thought and care that obviously goes into Steve's work and his openness in explaining how he works. Steve continued to impress us with his professionalism throughout the process and commendably made us… feel as if out loft conversion was equally important to him as to us. Steve carried out a loft conversion for us in 2012! From the very first day until the last there was never a single moment we did not know everything was under control (even when we had several feet of snow). Undertaking such a project at the worst time of year must have been daunting but due to the amazing work from Steve and his team, the job was more than we could have imagined. Five years on the whole family love the space, the attention to detail and functionality and I have no idea how we would cope without it now.

Steve & his team did a really great job on our loft conversion.We were shocked by poor presentations by some people offering similar work; Steve was quite the opposite, making everything extremely clear from… the word go.. Steve helped with all aspects of planning, including legal requirements. All work to a very high standard, with clear pricing & money taken in stages as work progressed. We were not living on site during the week, & Steve visited us every Saturday, to show & explain how work was progressing. Steve's company stays with one client until work is fully completed

They transformed our loft into a beautiful space, and everyone who has seen it has been very impressed. We had several estimates before we decided on who we wanted to do our loft conversion. Steve was the only one who took the time to make a presentation of his qualifications and the conversions he had completed previously. Once we had indicated that we wanted Steve and his team to work on our house we were again sat down and had the whole process… explained to us, the payment schedule, the building process and exactly what we would have in the bedroom and the en-suite.
