Had an extremely dirty hall way carpet, I thought I was going to have to replace it. Paul fitted in around my schedule and did a superb job. The carpet looks like new, I’m quite amazed at the job they did. I would highly recommend.

We were delighted by this firm's work. They cleaned a number of carpets but in particular removed a number of nasty stains from a light coloured wool lounge carpet. We were astonished at how it was transformed. Nice people to have around as well. Respectful and efficient and communicated well. Turned up exactly on time and were good value for money.

Very efficient service Paul came out and measured carpets and carried out some tests on stains I had. I honestly didn't think they would come out. Food drink from sisters birthday, We booked for work to be done the next day. Aura arrived on time and I left the team and went shopping by the time I got back around hour and a half the carpets looked amazing, all stains gone and carpets appearance looked good better it looks fluffier now. Carpets were dry right away. We have a toddler so nice to have clean fresh carpets again. promptly rebooked for next year.

Aura worked over the weekend on our office carpets and Tiles really good appearance on the Monday and smells very nice and clean. Large black marks we didn't think would come up have been removed. Team of Accountants we we're very happy with the results. We will definitely be using Auras maintenance service to keep them like this.

I have now used Paul at Aura Carpet Cleaning twice for both my own house and a rental house. In both instances I was very impressed at the professionalism shown, the resulting clean carpets, and especially the amount of potions in the back of his van for different stains! This is a guy who understands carpets and stains. He quoted quickly and was very well priced. I fully recommend his services.
