What parts are NOT included under the lifetime warranty? Breather filters, Ducting, Braided Hoses, Hose fittings, and all accessories are excluded.

Hi I just wanted to let you know about my experience with my Viper performance hoses for my mondeo mk3 St TDCI.
I purchased these hoses on the understanding that they were a quality product paying a premium price in relation to this however 2 of the supplied hoses do not fit my car.
I contacted your customer services on the understanding that even… though I was outside the 28 day window you would be able to help resolve this issue as the fault lies with Viper performance but I have been informed that you will not do anything about this and I am hence £173 out of pocket.
