Happy and helpful when selling , but Bloomberg and to be fair Hanson's just wanted to pass the buck .when it breaks and leaks damaging kitchen after 4 months ?
I had to get it fixed by huby domestic in ( only £28 part ) 3 day turnaround .
i was waiting 4 weeks for Hanson's and Bloomberg . for very poor service . Hanson's have still never called me back .with a plan .

I had never ordered from Hanson previously but was recommended by a friend, also it seemed a better idea to give a local business my custom. This turned out to be a great choice not only did I find the same washer I was about to by from AO for £30 cheaper, but due to a stock issue Hanson contacted me and offered by the next model up for the same price boom! what a result. They delivered exactly when promised and the delivery guys where good lads as well! definitely recommend I will certainly purchase from here next time I need kitchen appliances.

Great customer service to a point I bought a beko has cooker from them then
When i got the first cooker home it was all damaged, took it back they could only offer the one on the shop floor witch we found at later date was already 2 years old after beko would not repair it telling me it was out of warranty had to get the shop to speak to them, Then over the next year had nothing but issues some of witch was never fixed, now out of warranty and having more issues asked for our money back as not fit for purpose, got pointed towards beko customer services who are useless and then they just pointed
