From start to finish the experience was excellent. The initial quote was reasonable and accurate. The work was quoted and completed in less than a week (a lot faster than I expected)and was done quickly on the day.
I would definitely recommend 0121 repairs and will use them again in the future if I need any repairs to my glazing.

Louis from 0121 came to fix our pvc window handles that had stopped locking. Fast response times, work completed then and there, well priced. Louis was also safe and kept his mask on at all times which we were grateful for.

Paul from 0121 Windows has been the best contractor i have ever used. After being let down and over quoted by a number of contractors Paul and his team attended and found the issue immediately. the works were completed very quickly and it was very cost effective!

The installers were professional, efficient, polite and tidy and the new windows superbly enhance the overall look of the cottage. Paul & Jordan arrived after calling to say they were running a bit late due to traffic. First tick , good communication. We had a conservatory patio door that would hardly move. They quickly had the door off, & showed us the damaged rollers and track. They had the appropriate spare parts with them and fitted them perfectly within 45 minutes. They were polite and courteous at all times. The cost was very reasonable and we were delighted with their work. I cannot recommend them enough and we would definitely use them in the future.

Minute they came in they where on the job.
Worked fast and clean. Fixed the hinge on my door as I was unable to lock it.
And kind enough to show me the correct way to close and lock the door. Seems for years I've been doing it wrong. Which I'm sure caused over time damage to the door. I would recommend them to everyone. I'm so impressed I'm going to order a new windows to replace my single glazed ones. They are that good.
