Services
Peter Lipinski and Alan Pates established Lipinski Pates Architects (LPA) in 1989 and both have over 25 years experience in the architectural profession. During their early careers, the partners gained valuable experience working on a range of different building types for a number of major firms of architects.
The practice has completed a wide range of residential projects including renovations of complete houses, internal alterations, house extensions and new-build housing for private domestic clients and developers. We work closely with our clients at each stage of the project and our approach is one of personal attention to detail coupled with a strong emphasis on good design.
Lipinski Pates have worked on a number of church and youth club projects in South West London. The building stock in our care varies from Grade 1 Georgian all the way through to more recent buildings from the latter half of the Twentieth Century. Church projects have been both large and small and have varied from extensions and re-ordering through restoration and maintenance work down to small scale interventions to improve facilities.
