What a terrible experience! I just waited 2 months to have my window changed despite of being told initially that it will take under a week. Window is fitted, but seals are incomplete and water will leak in trough. I will seek help in a customer rights court.
This is outrageous. I really wanted to support a local small business, but all I got were excuses, delays and a badly done job. I couldn't be more unhappy
