Chevin Roofing is a family run business established by Neil Waterhouse who gained City & Guilds Qualifications in 1987. Neil was joined by son Jonathan in 2006 who also gained his City & Guilds Qualification in Roof Slating and Tiling.

Never able to speak to anyone immediately, so I am only able to leave a message on their answer machine. When they rang back a couple of days later on each occasion they gave me an approximate day to come out to look at my roof but never showed up on either day specified. I left another message last week and no-one has replied. Totally unprofessional. If they're too busy or don't want to do the work then tell me instead of leading me on and wasting my time.

I used Chevin roofing after seeing an excellent job completed on a neighbours roof. They gave me a written quotation with no hard sell technique. They are true professionals and don't cut corners. They are experienced and know their trade inside out - certainly not cowboys!!!
They have done a superb job completely re -roofing my house. They arrived when they said they would and they are very pleasant. They tidied up and worked extremely hard to get the job completed to my time scale.
I would highly recommend Chevin to anybody thinking of having any work done as I am very delighted with the result

I wouldn't trust this firm ever again. Damaged my property, agreed to rectify (seemingly fair and square) at the time. Then dodged my calls for months. After resorting to threats of legal action, they finally answered my calls. To my utter shock, they denied all knowledge! Couldnt believe it . Father and son have no qualms about ripping off lone women. Not nice people..Silly me for judging people by my own standards and trusting so called 'honest business men' to do the right thing. Lost faith in human nature after this, a shame as I will never trust again.
