Ethos Construction is a niche main contractor specialising in prime residential and high-end residential-led mixed use projects. We work for property developers, private individuals, architects and investors on projects in and around London and the Home Counties. We are a third-generation construction business comprised of experienced professionals and niche specialist teams.

We work for private individuals, architects, developers, agents and investors on a variety of construction work including refurbishment and new build. Every project needs different services and methods of working. We clarify these at the briefing stage and act flexibly to be the main contractor required for each project.
Since Ethos Construction was founded in the 1990s, joinery has been one of our strengths and taps directly into our passion for craftsmanship. In 2018, our joinery division was established as a separate business - St James Interiors - to cater for its growing roster of direct clients. St James Interiors creates joinery for all our projects and also directly for architects, interior designers, property owners and other specifiers.
