I cannot recommend GOS Ltd. service agreements to maintain central heating boilers. Last Friday morning our central heating boiler failed to start. I rang GOS and they duly sent an engineer, but he couldn't fix the problem for lack of a part. Coincidentally we had an appointment already booked for the boiler annual maintenance on the following Monday afternoon. The engineer said he would report back and the engineer would bring the part on the Monday afternoon appointment. On the Monday afternoon I received a phone call from GOS saying the part had arrived and could they make a new appointment

Our landlord started using gos a few years ago and they have been great from the start.
Today we had a new boiler installed by Sam and Richard it was a big job.
The guys were absolutely great friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. Can't recommend this company enough brilliant from start to finish.

I recently had a vaillant boiler fitted by this company as they are registered vaillant fitters. I did what most people do and looked on google and read there reviews a lot good and some negative. I would like to say that from the start I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff very helpful the md who priced it very helpful and the on-site lads absolutely fantastic and quality tradesmen very neat and tidy. The price very reasonable and a very helpful work force. I would definitely recommend.

We’ve had a Gos plan for probably nine years now. Had to call out today as heating didn’t com on this morning. In their normal manner they turn up same day and fix my problem. No call out charge or cost because of plan cover. It’s a fantastic service. Engineers always skilled and pleasant. Would recommend this company to anyone. Best thing we ever did.

Great Service from start to finish, unfortunately our boiler broke down and GOS quoted the same day of visit and replaced the boiler the very next day. Engineer on site was extremely polite and courteous, office staff very warm and welcoming on the phone and very helpful. Toasty and warm!! Thank you GOS Heating and Merry Christmas
