Great service received when buying a boiler fan. Item ordered late PM and received next morning 10AM . Very competitive with the price, as it was a brand new fan outright purchase and not an exchange service. This made it nice and simple to order with minimal delay being caused. Knocks the competition for six!! I ordered a replacement expansion vessel which arrived next day & saved me £50 off rrp. Meanwhile, another supplier I placed an order with the day before were still fobbing me off with excuses as to why their shipment hadn't arrived...

Only use this firm is you want to be abused and shouted at down the phone! We bought a part and it was faulty...we were emailed that it could be returned, which I did, the next thing I got a random phone call from them abusing me down the phone saying that we had used and damaged the part and that we couldn't have a refund....the part was fitted and it didn't let gas through, if it had been tampered with it WASN'T by us!!! He wouldn't let me get a word in to explain that I was just the secretary and to speak to the boss, he just kept aggressively shouting down the phone ....don't go near them with

I just wanted to say what a brilliant company with excellent customer service. I had an issue with my boiler and bought a part from them as their rates are very reasonable. Rang them even after buying the part for some advice and their help was tremendous. Definitely recomnended and would buy even though they are 50 miles away from me as their customer service is excellent.
