Useless company, I had my windows installed a year ago. I can hear more noise in the house than when I stand outside, when relatives come to my house in winter, they think I have gone crazy because it sounds like the windows are open, The amount of draught that comes through the windows is unbelievable. So if you want to save yourself a headache don't use this company. I can hear everyone's footsteps. I have called them kindly around 17 times to come and investigate why and they still have not turned up. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!
