You're probably wondering how a microscopic coating on a pane of glass can make such a big difference to its performance. This is how it works. The glass in your windows absorbs heat then radiates it again on the colder, outside, surface. Pilkington K Glasses has what is called a low emissivity coating on the surface that faces into the air gap of the double glazing unit.

Well, these days you won't be able to easily find a company that provides after-sales services 3 years after the installation, but these guys did it. They installed the windows back in November 2017, but the sealing of 1 (out of 4) windows failed in October 2020. A simple tel call was all it took. They changed the faulty double glazing window in a couple of weeks. What else I could ask for. Happy to recommend their services.

I had a great experience working with St James Windows from start to finish. I was kept in the loop whilst the 6 windows were being made. I was given a few options on the date for fittings. The fitters were prompt on arrival, answered my questions and worked throughout the day. Price was competitive and I love the new windows!
