From the initial visit of Jeff the Surveyor to the completion of the works to my new windows the service has been absolutely first class.
Both Laurence and Jamie were professional, polite and service minded, and carried out the works to a very high professional standard, the site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day and all rubbish was cleared away at completion of works. The works were started and finished in the period we were told it would be. I would

Excellent all round: great service and communication; and good quality windows flawlessly fitted. On top of this, though, something that really impressed was the good grace and fairness they showed to resolve a misunderstanding with the spec of one of the windows they fitted to my property. 100% good at what they do and 100% trustworthy. Small friendly company. They were able to give to me information about windows in my house without having to see them. Local company that is very knowledgeable about the local area. In the past they installed our patio doors and it was not a problem for them to finish the job by fitting wood flooring. I will use them again when the need arises.

Company directors are two men (believe they are brothers). They are hard-nosed, rude, and unpleasant. If you travel 200 yards along Kingston Road towards Raynes Park, you will find a much nicer team of people to deal with (Assured Glass?), and probably a better price.
I ordered a PVC window about a year ago. Nothing was wrong with goods per se, just a horrible lot to deal with. I then needed a table top covering with glass and avoided Wimbledon Windows like the plaque.
