I called into Stormplan's showroom as I had a problem with several windows in my flat, that needed to be sorted asap. I was very lucky with my timing, and the manager sent round a fitter - Wayne - who looked at the various problems and came up with solutions. We were able to rectify the problem with the troublesome windows on the same day, including Wayne travelling to a supplier to collect components that they didn't have in stock. Very happy with response and workmanship.
