Check out this nineteen thirties semi-detatched house in Avery Hill Road, Eltham. The client wanted to have the tile front replaced with a modern render whilst damp proofing the upstairs bedroom which had some moisture and mould. Some of the timber needed replacing on the apex and the fascias, soffits and guttering all needed replacing as the course of time had taken it's toll on the external of the house.
