AD Construction Group Ltd is one of the leading privately owned public sector specialist providers of refurbishment services, based in the London Borough of Bexley, with a geographical coverage across the whole of London, South East and Home Counties. Services
Predominantly AD provide services for Planned, Cyclical and Major Works programmes and projects. We work with registered housing providers and local authorities to deliver high quality refurbishments, repairs and decorations for homes, public buildings, educational facilities and communities; delivering quality and value in everything we do.
AD deliver repairs, refurbishments and improvements to approximately 15,000 - 25,000 homes per year and numerous other building and property types, but it is our culture and our people that set us apart. AD cover the full scope of building improvement works for a vast number of clients, including private sector, commercial, not for profit and public sector organisations. AD deliver planned maintenance and repairs, cyclical decorations and refurbishment to all building types - everything from homes to hospitals.

We have a particular focus on housing solutions and so our entire structure, strategy and ISO: 9001 accredited processes all revolve around providing high quality services and cost effective solutions for all of our clients and their residents.
Customer Support Representatives - CSRs form a vital and integral part of our service offering, although our core business is delivering works to property - all property and more obviously homes - serve a purpose for "People" the people who live, work, use, or operate within the buildings themselves; and as such resident care is always the first consideration for all works.

This company is a joke paint all windows closed as they cant be bothered to let you know when they will be attending, painted rotten wooden frames and fascias, front door has a white line around it where its been painted closed. leave mess all over the front of houses and even painted the brick work. poor communication is the best part about them.

Incompetence verging on wilful negligence. New Fire Door Closers were incorrectly fitted, the subsequent inspection failed to spot this. When the problem was pointed out to the “inspector”, he arrogantly dismissed the concerns and refused to make the necessary adjustments. In these post-Grenfell days, I would have expected a positive response, instead I had to go through a complaints procedure to force AD Construction to rectify the problem they had created. 3 months later, the Fire Door Closers were removed and refitted, they were 10cms out of place.
