When we bought our house in 1995 there was a Paini mixer tap in the kitchen, white in colour. The cold tap started to drip in 2017, in Nov. I ordered a new valve and both tap heads as I could not get the cold head off to access the valve. I tried lubricants, even a head puller without success. I kept trying as the drip got worse over the next couple of years but in the end in Aug last year I got a plumber in and after much effort, the worst one he had dealt with, he managed to remove it. New valve fitted and the new heads fitted which did not look as solid as the originals. Now the white ? enamel

I have to say that dealing with this firm has been totally painless, for me. I have a Brita Torlan tap that started giving me problems withing a couple of years of purchase, with dripping on the hot side, turning into a continuous trickle after a month or two.
Paini sent a replacement part that I received within two days and it did the job. Unfortunately I think there is a design fault with the tap as the problem reoccurred around a year or so later. I called them to buy a replacement and they provided it to me under the warranty, without my even asking for that.
They even answered the phone

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
I purchased 2 Flexio Cox Paini Taps approx £1000 in January 2020.
One of the taps is faulty and the handle keeps coming off.
I reached out to Paini, however, their customer service is extremely poor and I find the staff unhelpful.
They sent me out a damaged part that is not compatible with my tap and after speaking to 3 different people and sending over 60 emails I am no nearer to a resolution.
They told me that the product I purchased this year is no longer being sold and that because the design was changed two years ago they no longer have parts for it. This is extremely

Very disappointed with the service received, and very disappointed with the product, which failed within the supposed warranty period. It seems as though they will try their upmost to "weasel" out of their responsibility as an importer of a product to cover faults.
A real shame as I quite liked the product in question. Will not be fitting another.
