Alpine works has been established since 2002 and provides Building Services to a variety of prestigious clients based in the education, healthcare and heritage sectors. We specialise in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations and pre planned maintenance for all building services. Building fabric works also form part of the services we provide as our clients find it easier to use a single source partner within the approved supply chain.
Alpine Works operate from two offices, our head office in Epsom Surrey provides administration support to the business and our central London office in Charlotte Street is from where our projects teams operate providing localised support for projects and small works for our London based clients.Our project teams also extend to clients who have regional or national requirements.

Services
Alpine Works provides comprehensive Building Services that specialises in mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and maintenance. We are engaged in projects of all sizes working as either principal contractor on a term project or as a supply partner to a principal contractor. This is further supported by our facilities management team who are engaged in pre-planned maintenance, compliance, emergency and building fabric services.
We have considerable experience in providing Building Services on MEP installations and maintenance projects. Each project is allocated a highly experienced contract manager and a dedicated site manager/supervisor. The team will manage and supervise the project from initial award through to completion.

Alpine Works offer planned, preventative, reactive maintenance and compliance services through our facilities management team to support both an electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
Due to the flexibility of the Alpine teams we are able to work with our clients on all types of instructions, this will include general improvement projects such as upgrades in lighting (main and emergency), small power, air conditioning, heating, fire prevention systems and plumbing alterations.
