Liquid screeds are self-compacting, which means you can apply less, but end up with a stronger floor when compared to traditional sand and cement mixes. Compared to conventional floor-levelling methods, liquid screed is twice as efficient at conducting heat when used on top of an underfloor heating system.
Did you know the floor is one of the first places a building will lose heat? On average around 16% of heat loss will be through the floor if your building is badly insulated. This is quick and cost effective to rectify, by installing a high-quality layer of thermal insulation underneath your floor screed.

Had underfloor heating system and screed installed and i must say i am extremely happy with the level of communication pre install, the workmanship of the installers on the day of installation... The speed and quality of work, simply don't have enough words to discribe how happy i am with the entire team at Screed.It
would HIGHLY recommend them over any other similar businesses. I took almost 10 different quotes and took references etc about other companies but how i feel satisfied about Screed.It, none other matched it.

Fantastic from start to finish, girls in the office, polite, efficient and very helpful. The guys onsite were really knowledgeable and professional. Turned up exactly when they said, did exactly what was required, left simple, clear instructions on aftercare and cleaned up after themselves, perfect job. I would definitely recommend screed it to anyone and will certainly use them again. Keep up the good work, it's refreshing to work with professionals. Thanks again. Malc
