Building on our existing reputation, our aim is to be the practice of choice for client focused, design led projects in Bristol and our region. We have been involved in significant projects throughout the south west including Wapping Wharf, Horizon House, Aardman Animations HQ and Quakers Friars. Adapting to changing technology, economics and the need to address climate change we have become one of the most respected practices in the region.
It is important to us that we undertake a range of projects and have experience of mixed use & regeneration, office, education, housing, masterplanning projects as well as the refurbishment, repair and conservation of historic buildings and creation of inspiring arts, cultural and community spaces.
We've built up a team whose expertise and passion are evidenced in every project. With a vast knowledge of the local area, our staff bring an enthusiastic and committed approach to our work that has allowed us to be involved in projects of varying scale and type.

Services
Alec French Architects have been working with Josh Eggleton at the Pony and Trap to prepare planning applications covering an extension to the Michelin stared restaurant and the addition of accommodation cabins below the orchard. The new spaces will provide an enhanced finishing kitchen, a large open-plan dining area and the opportunity of an extended stay at this first-class culinary destination.
