We had a slight mishap at work. 2 glass shelves were broken. I gave the measurements to Scott over the phone. He told us to come round in 10 minutes and we could pick up the new shelves! Took him at his word and, wow the shelves were ready! Fantastic service and a great price. Many thanks Scott and to your Boss good job all round!

We could easily have gone to any of a dozen companies in the Herne Bay Area but we were so impressed with the professional manner in which they understood and met our neighbours needs that we asked them for an estimate. The cost was a fraction of the amount I had in mind based on experience in other homes so we confirmed our order. The fitting was simple, clean and quick despite having the type of built-in frame that would have foiled other installers into ordering the wrong size. Absolutely terrible. I gave them the exact measurements I wanted. They then gave me the wrong size. Which I was unaware to until I tried putting it in for it to break. I went back to complain that they gave me the wrong size. They measured it out four times! They wouldn’t admit to them being wrong, which they then started to try and put the blame onto me. I had proof of the sizes I wanted, she then went and got a different piece of paper (which was rather tatty) with different sizes saying this is what I wanted. I did not!

What can l say .absolutely unreliable. Asked for quote. They never turned up and l had to phone to ask were they were .eventually they turned up .hardly took out his tape measure. Then said l will let you have a quote by Monday .STILL WAITING. That was two weeks ago. Totally unprofessional. .think we may have had a lucky escape. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. if l could put 0 star l most definitely would .
