Another great Service today having all 3 Windows fitted in one day, the quality of the product was second to none, and a big 10/10 for the installation fitters, tidy, neat and very professional; couldn't fault none of their work (you wouldn't know that they had been in the House) Another great Service carried out by JMI ... Highly recommended .

Dreadful. Poor aftercare. It took 3 calls to have a repair booked. Waited over an hour with no show. Called the office to be told repsir engineer did not realise the time and would be another hour. Ihad booked the morning off work for the appointment. Repsur only needed as a second hand handle had been used on the initial job. Will never use again or recommend

JMI have recently replaced our cold conservatory with a garden room using the WARMroof technology. The progress from start to finish was excellent and we were kept informed at all stages of the build process. They are a very professional company and I thoroughly recommend them. The fitting guys in particular did an amazing job right down to the little finishing touches, even tidied everything up before asking me to come out and check it!! It’s hard these days to find such honest and professional workers! As for the price, they gave me the best quote out of 5 different companies, can highly recommend JMI!

Very helpful and friendly service in their showrooms, without being pressured, and plenty options and able to see examples of the type of doors and installations. Had work done by very efficient installers who did an excellent excellent job. They maybe a little more costly than some other firms but worth the extra. Very pleased with their service.

JMI replaced a number of windows for us, including a large set of French doors and our stained glass stair windows. These were terribly warped and we thought they would have to be replaced. Sharon assured us they could be restored and then put in a new triple glazed unit. We had temporary units in while the restoration took place. The restored stained glass triple glazing units were installed last week and they look absolutely fabulous. It was definitely worth the expense, and the wait.
