Philip Tong Electrical Ltd was established in Hull in 1985 by Philip Tong after completing a four year apprenticeship with a local firm and successfully achieving City and Guilds certification for electrical installation in domestic, commercial and industrial works. The business also became a NICEIC electrician at that time to conform to the quality and safety standards that have always been part of the Company's philosophy.
