We use the Profile 22 Optima System for the majority of our windows, the Spectus profile for our Sliding Sash Windows, and AluK's quality design for our aluminium windows. Each profile offers market-leading levels of thermal efficiency, security & don't require a lot of maintenance. As the majority of our range is Profile 22 Windows, you'll be guaranteeing your customers a high-quality window that will make their property stand-out.
Emplas uses the Profile 22 Optima System to manufacture our Casement, French, Tilt-and-Turn, Fully Reversible and Box Sash windows. We manufacture our Casement Windows using the Optima system, which comes in several different styles and sizes. Your customers can get the perfect fit for their home. These windows combine exceptional flexibility with advanced security & thermal performance.
Emplas uses the Profile 22 Optima system to manufacture our Tilt & Turn and Flush Tilt & Turn windows. These windows open inwards, tilting along a hinge at the base, offering excellent ventilation & security. Profile 22's Optima System Tilt & Turn windows have been manufactured for increased insulation & weather protection.

I have been waiting eight weeks for Emplas to send all my order plus replacements
there products are very poor standards my installer is also very poor for both of;
you to have been in the Business for 30-40-years i have spoken to Epwin Group
i have not had any response from your self despite telephone calls plus
my contact from MR Lawson Price to your MD so from my point i will contact trading standards.

Class 2 driver through agency. This was my perfect job, driving long distance, quite physical work, overnights in lorry...perfect.
However, fantastic driving staff who all talk about leaving, a non existent workforce and those that are left there are lazy with a bad attitude.
You turn up at 5:30 and you'll wait 3 hours whilst they are loading up your lorry (badly)
Did an overnight for them as a favour after the driver left because he was tired of working long hours.
Was moaned at by every customer.Then I delivered to a customer who told me of the phone conversation he had with the office that

I have sash windows supplied by Empas. The builder that installed them went bust years ago. 1 of the sash windows has developed a fault and the balance has seperated from the side of the window.
I rang around different companies seeking help on the repair and was told I was best speaking to the manufacturer as it is a specialised job.
I called Emplas and was directed to 2 local suppliers of their products and that they should be able to help.
I rang both suggested companies and I was told that Emplas complete the repairs on the sash windows. They also supplied windows from a local sash manufacturer

Have tried for months to get a replacement part for our bi-fold doors, with no luck - refusal to look up the part we need, denial of keeping any records - basically too much trouble for them.
Two different suppliers have also contacted Emplas on our behalf and got nowhere. One has 4 other customers in the same position.
It's looking like we will need to have the whole of our bi-fold doors replaced because of this company's complete inability to be in any way helpful. What an utter waste of resources.
