Established 1992, we are a West London based practice offering a wide range of professional architectural services to commercial and individual clients. We are registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects and undertake work in development feasibility, architectural and interior design, planning and building approval and contract administration.

We can provide a design feasibility study based on our professional knowledge and experience with the purpose of assisting you to explore your options and decide a way forward. We will work with you in understanding your needs and aspirations and formulate a brief to establish user requirements and design objectives.
We can obtain pre-planning advice on your behalf. Some Local Planning Authorities (LPA) have a formal system with specific submission requirements and fees, while others have more relaxed procedures. We would submit a preliminary design scheme and undertake initial consultation with the LPA which will be recorded.
