The ways in which this can be achieved varies dramatically, from additional bedrooms, larger kitchens and open plan living areas to garages, games rooms and even gymnasiums!

Loft conversions are a great way of making the most of what you have already got! Working largely within the existing structure of the building, they are proportionally cheaper than extensions at creating additional space. The results can be fantastic and rooms can be created quickly and relatively cheaply.

Generally positioned on the rear of properties they create a fantastic light open space. Sunrooms have seen increased popularity in recent years as the benefits over conservatories have been recognised.
