Extremely disappointing company. Ordered a window and they managed to get the order wrong and sent over the wrong size, I waited 5 weeks lead time for this to happen. Absolutely shambolic! Avoid this company like they plague!
Once this issue was highlighted to them and escalated to their management I was horrified to be met with an attitude of couldnt care less, and that's coming from one of their managers.

Placed an order on the 3rd Feb and still not received the composite door. Moreover one of the windows that I received has been poorly manufactured with screws inside it incorrectly drilled. The window catches every time you try to close or open. Such poor quality. There's a few bad reviews regarding this company and I can see why.

I needed a new window, the existing glass was frosted. Using the measuring advice I ordered a replacement window to my own specification. Just Doors checked my order with me and delivered the unit, on time, via a friendly courier. I fitted the new window the same day.. Marvellous!!! What a good company accurate friendly and efficient. If you're a diyer like me I would recommend these.

In October I was in need of anthracite grey windows for a project I had to finish before the end of November. Everyone was quoting at least 7 weeks for delivery. Just doors told me 3-4 weeks which I was dubious about but had nothing to lose as I needed them! Exactly 3 weeks after placing the order the windows arrived and are perfect. Thank you just doors, you saved my project. Professional service every step of the way.

Good quality products and great people to do business with, I dealt with James and Zak and they could not have been more helpful. They kept me informed about delivery dates and I knew to within a two hour time slot when I would get the delivery. On the day of the delivery it was torrential rain and neither the driver or myself noticed a hairline cracks in the glass of two of the units so when I eventually got to do a thorough check I was worried that I had left it to late to report it, but when I phoned them they apologized and arranged for replacements which arrived within a couple of days. Incredible
