A dull, stained carpet can ruin the appearance of any room in your home and over the years they will naturally accumulate ground-in soil, bacteria, and grit that no amount of vacuuming can ever remove so therefore it's important that every once in a while your carpets are professionally cleaned. Indeed, most carpet manufacturers recommend a professional clean at 6-12 month intervals to keep carpets looking their best.
Commercial carpets often receive the highest level of foot-traffic and can cost many thousands of 's to replace but with regular professional cleaning their lifespans can be increased dramatically. It simply makes good business sense to keep them looking their best. Whether it's an office, hotel, school, factory, pub or restaurant we have the equipment and expertise to meet your needs.
Landlords and lettings agencies will expect tenants to look after their carpets but even the most diligent of tenants will find that carpets naturally accrue hard-to-remove stains and dull patches, especially in high foot-traffic areas. Regular vacuuming will only achieve so much in terms of maintaining the carpets appearance.
Whether it's oil, grease, mud, ink, blood, wine, coffee or a whole host of other unwanted spots we can in most cases remove them! Commercially available stain removal products are relatively weak and wide-spectrum solutions that don't effectively remove many stains your carpets will accumulate over time.
A - This isn't necessary as we always pre-vacuum with a high-performance commercial upright vacuum. A - This depends on several factors such as pile length, fabric, construction and ambient temperature but the vast majority of carpets will be dry within 1-2 hours (oftentimes less!). We will, when suitable, include the use of turbo air movers to accelerate the drying process.

Full cup of COFFEE STAIN on a light/ecru carpet REMOVED
I spilled a full cup of coffee on a very light carpet. For a few days I was trying to wash it myself - unsuccessfully. Finally, 4 days down the line, I decided to contact Prima. Marcus arrived the same day (very prompt on time) and no more than 20 mins later, the stain was removed. I couldn't recommend more!
Very professional company.
Lesson learnt - don't try to tackle carpet stains myself and call Prima straight away if anything like that happens in the future. It'll make it easier for all.
