Carl had been working for large general cleaning companies for a number of years and realised that clients wanted a more personal service from a company that specialised in window cleaning only - as opposed to dealing with companies that covered all aspects of general cleaning etc. Soon the business expanded and additional staff were recruited and a substantial loyal client portfolio grew in the Midlands and surrounding areas.

In today's competitive environment, we must be able to provide clients with proof that we employ fully trained, experienced, competent window cleaners.
Operators work from the safety of the ground up to 60ft. This therefore eliminates the need for using the traditional method of ladders or the need for high access equipment. Health & Safety legislation does not hamper its use in any way. The system offers better cleaning results by using 100% Pure Water (which the system produces) & therefore with the absence of detergent means no sticky residues are left and it is also environmentally friendly.
Window cleaners are competent in the use of SAE (Suspended Access Equipment). After the initial site survey, Health & Safety documentation is provided and implemented for all contracts. In line with Health & Safety regulations we ensure that all window cleaners are initially trained in the use of the SAE and emergency & rescue procedures are put in to place.
Ledging is the term used to clean high level internal or external windows that need to be accessed from inside. Window cleaners wear safety harness and lanyards and connect to an eyebolt that is positioned inside the building. We are happy to survey your site and recommend installation points, the actual installation of the eyebolts and also the annual testing.
