Letts Cleans have provided and end of tenancy cleaning service for me several times in the past and have always provided an extremely good value and professional service from start to finish.
As a Landlord it is very important to me that that the cleaning of the flat is done to a high standard and is ready on time for a seamless start to the next tenancy. Without the consistently high standard and good quality communication provided by Letts Clean I would not be able to deliver this.

Letts Clean was one of the 'preferred' professional cleaning agencies listed under Chestertons. My flatmates and I decided to go with their services just before our move out, which we now regret massively.
The couches were not cleaned at all, tools and cleaning materials were left in the flat and there was a huge chip made on one of the bedroom doors, which. to make matters worse, Letts Clean refused to pay for. Up until today, we have still not received a response from them regarding the chip and why we should be footing the bill.
We had a terrible experience with Letts Clean. I strongly recommend

Letts Clean did a great job cleaning my rented flat after I moved out and consequently played a key part in me getting my deposit back. These days estate agents seem to require a professional clean at the end of a tenancy as a matter of a course, and Letts Clean were recommended by my estate agent. They were really easy to deal with, flexible in timings and very professional, returning speedily to complete the job when required.
