We have a wealth of experience in the construction of new/extending existing and refurbishing or upgrading industrial buildings. We have done this for building owners, developers and commercial surveying practises.

This can be procured on an open tender, negotiated D&B schemes or traditional schedules of works. Historically we have wide experience of carrying out extensive works whilst the cient continues to use the building. We pride ourselves on having the experience to successfully carry out works that due to the complicated and technical nature no-body else really wants to be involved with.

We carry out works for bulk cash and carry wholesalers and independent shop owners offering full maintenance and refurbishment services and complete new builds new builds we are experienced in working in trading outlets. We are widely experienced in producing top quality office schemes, either complete new buildings or re-utilising existing building space, adding additional floor levels to maximise the existing footprint.
