As a direct result of our experience over a considerable period, we have the expertise and background knowledge to identify building defects and, in turn, to advise on the suitable ways in which to deal with them. Our experience enables us to prepare the correct specification for remedial works and to monitor the works through to completion.
A large part of our time has been spent working with clients to plan and implement maintenance and refurbishment projects, such as the external repairs and decorations of residential buildings and the individual refurbishment of flats and houses alike. Regular inspection of the ongoing works, certification of interim payments, monitoring and checking on the cost, quality and final account negotiations.
